Italy’s C20 defeat against Switzerland

Last Sunday, December 1st, at the Lambertenghi Gymnasium in Lugano (Canton Ticino – Switzerland), took place the International Friendly Category 20 years competition between Switzerland and Italy.

The result is clear in favour of the Swiss players with a peremptory 9 to 1 who have an expert formation on the field with many players who played the last European Championship C20 in Alassio in 2018, while the Italian National team took to the field with a completely experimental formation with all the young athletes at their first experience in an international competition.

Despite the clear defeat several positive ideas for the CT Parise with the Azzurri who have just begun a path that will lead to Euro 2021.
