Octo-finals – There and back Competition

Competition 1: Team Ticino Lugano (1st Classified Elimination round  Winter Cup 2018) vs L’Atletico Lombardo (6th Classified Elimiatio round Winter Cup 2018)

Competition 2: Lainate Futsal (2nd Classified Elimination round Cup 2018) vs Futsal San Giuliano (5th Classified Elimination round Winter Cup 2018)

Competition 3: ASD Voluntas Novara (3rd Classified Elimination round Winter Cup 2018) vs Arona C5 (4th Classified Elimiation round Winter Cup 2018)
